Payment and refund policy

This page explains how payment is intended to work. It does not set a refund window, a deposit percentage, or a public price. Those belong in the proposal for each project.

November 2026.

How a client pays

Carrales Digital LLC sends an invoice to the client directly. The message includes a personal payment link hosted by Stripe. The Pay invoice page explains that process. It is not itself a checkout, and there is no shared public payment link.

Card numbers

Do not enter a card number on this website or in the quote form. The studio does not collect or store card numbers here. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s page.

Currency

Quotes and invoices are in US dollars.

When payment is due

A deposit, a progress payment, and a final payment are defined in the accepted proposal. This website does not publish one schedule for every client.

Refunds and cancellations

There is no blanket refund rule on this site. Any refund, cancellation, or revision term has to be written in the accepted proposal. Do not assume a payment is refundable unless that proposal says so.

If a link fails or looks wrong

If a payment link does not open, or it does not match the invoice you expected, do not pay it. Use the quote form, include your business name, and describe the invoice. If a public email is listed on the site, you may use that as well.

Stripe

Stripe processes the payment on its own page and under its own terms. The studio’s payments are meant to run through a Carrales Digital LLC Stripe account. This policy does not replace Stripe’s terms.

Taxes

Whether a project is taxable depends on the work and the locations involved. Tax is stated on the proposal or invoice when it applies. This page does not estimate tax.
