Process
A clear sequence, with the scope written down.
You always know what the current step is. Dates are set in the proposal for that project. This page does not promise a fixed number of days for every job.
The timeline depends on the scope and is part of the written proposal.
- 01
Discovery
We talk through what the business offers, who it is for, and what a visitor should be able to do. If a site already exists, we look at what is working and what is getting in the way. Notes from this step become the basis of the proposal.
The studioA conversation about the business, the audience, and what the site needs to do.
YouShare examples, must-have pages, and anything that should not change.
- 02
Proposal
You receive a proposal before build work starts. It lists what will be made, what is outside the scope, how many revision rounds are included, and the price in US dollars. Accepting that proposal is what starts the project. Sending a quote request does not.
The studioA written scope, a timeline, and a custom quote in USD.
YouRead the proposal and say what should change before you accept it.
- 03
Design and build
The studio designs the pages and builds them into a responsive site or web tool. You see the work while it is underway, not only on the last day. Copy can be drafted with you in English, Spanish, or both when that is part of the scope.
The studioPages designed and developed for the languages and screen sizes in the scope.
YouReview pages as they are ready and send concrete notes.
- 04
Review and launch
You review the project against the proposal. Revisions that are inside the agreed rounds are included. Launch includes a pass over links, forms, page titles, and the mobile layout. Publishing happens after you approve the version that matches the scope.
The studioAgreed revisions, then a launch check of links, forms, titles, and phones.
YouApprove the launch version or send the remaining in-scope notes.
- 05
Ongoing support
Support after launch is optional. If you want it, we write down what maintenance includes: the kinds of edits, how requests are sent, and what would be quoted as new work. It is not an open-ended promise.
The studioOptional maintenance after launch, scoped on its own.
YouDecide whether you want a maintenance arrangement and what it should cover.
Tell us what you want to build.
Share a short description of the business and the website or tool you have in mind. You will get a custom quote, not a packaged price.
