Carrales Digital LLC
Terms of service
These terms cover use of this website. A written proposal controls the actual project.
November 2026.
Using this website
Carrales Digital LLC operates this site to describe services, show work, and receive quote requests. Browsing the site does not create a client relationship.
Proposals control the work
Paid work starts only after you accept a written proposal. The proposal states the scope, the price in US dollars, revision rounds, and payment points for that project. If a proposal and this website disagree about the project, the proposal controls.
Quotes
Prices are custom. Nothing on this site is a standing package price. A quote request is not an agreement to start work and it is not an invoice.
Portfolio
The work pages show real projects: a web application, a business website, a concept demo that is labeled as a demo, and an application still in development. The Los Primos Tire Shop demo is not presented as a project that business commissioned or purchased. External sites are run by their own operators and can change after a preview image was saved.
No promised business results
A website or web tool can make a business easier to understand and contact. This site does not promise search rankings, revenue, or a particular number of new customers.
Intellectual property
The design and code of this marketing site belong to Carrales Digital LLC. Ownership of a client project is stated in that project’s proposal. You may not copy this site and present the design as your own.
Payments
Invoices are paid through a personal link sent to the client and hosted by Stripe. Do not send card numbers through the quote form. Read the payment and refund policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Carrales Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of this informational website. This sentence does not remove a responsibility the studio accepts in a proposal, and it does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Texas
These website terms are written for a Texas limited liability company and are meant to be read with Texas law in mind.
