Carrales Digital LLC
Privacy policy
This policy covers the Carrales Digital LLC website. A client proposal can add terms for a specific project.
November 2026.
Who we are
Carrales Digital LLC is a digital studio based in Texas. This site does not publish a home street address. Questions about privacy can be sent through the quote form.
What the quote form collects
If you submit the quote form, the site collects your name, business name, email, phone number if you include one, project type, budget range if you include one, preferred language, project details, and your consent.
A hidden field is there to catch automated submissions. People using the form should leave it empty.
How that information is used
The studio uses it to read the request and reply about a possible project. It is not sold. It is not added to an advertising list by this website.
Email delivery
A quote request is emailed to the studio. An email provider processes that message so it can be delivered.
If a request cannot be delivered, the site tells you it was not sent. This website does not store quote requests in its own database.
Spam controls
The form uses a field meant to detect automated submissions, and it limits how often the same network can send requests. That limit is temporary and is not kept as a customer record.
Language cookie
The site stores a cookie named cd-locale with the language you are viewing, English or Spanish. English is the default. If you switch languages, the next visit can open in that language. The cookie can last up to one year. It is not an advertising cookie.
Payments
This website does not collect card numbers. When an invoice is ready, payment happens on a personal Stripe-hosted link sent to the client. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to that page. See the payment and refund policy.
Analytics and advertising
This site does not include a third-party analytics product or an advertising tracker.
How long information is kept
Mail that reaches the studio is kept as ordinary business correspondence, long enough to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. A legal or accounting duty may require a copy to be kept.
Corrections and deletion
You may ask the studio to correct or delete the information you sent. Use the quote form and say that the message is a privacy request. If a public email is shown on the site, you can use that instead.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.
